Summary

OSL and other digital assets are volatile and can lose all of their value. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Network figures are samples for a fictional network.

Prices can fall to zero

The price of OSL is set by markets we do not control. It can fall sharply and permanently.

Staking carries risk

Staking rewards are variable and not guaranteed. Validators can be slashed and delegators share the loss. Staked tokens stay locked for the unbonding period.

Transactions are final

A transaction cannot be reversed once final. Tokens sent to a wrong address may be unrecoverable. Anyone with your recovery phrase or keys can take your assets.

Software can fail

Protocol software, validator clients, wallets, bridges and applications can contain bugs. Audits reduce but do not remove this risk.

Regulation

Rules for digital assets differ by country and are changing. [Name any regime that applies to the publisher of this site.]
