Adopt a public process for grant committee elections
Grant committee seats are elected by token holders for twelve-month terms, with published conflicts of interest.
Motivation
Committee members were appointed by the foundation. Elections make the grants programme accountable to the network.
Specification
- Five seats, staggered terms, nominations open for 14 days before each vote.
- Members publish conflicts of interest before taking a seat.
