Add passkey-signed transactions
Accept secp256r1 signatures so phones can sign transactions with a passkey instead of a seed phrase.
Motivation
Seed phrases are the largest cause of lost funds for new users. Passkeys are already on every modern phone.
Specification
- Add a precompile that verifies secp256r1 signatures.
- Account programs may register a passkey as a signer.
